- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders of CAD $60 or more.
- Shipping charges for orders below CAD $60 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Musl Fktry is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
