1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns requested after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not return products without receiving return authorization.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Consumer Rights

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
